SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
The goods shall be delivered ex factory; transportation costs shall consequently to be borne by the purchaser. Goods are shipped in good conditions. As you receive the goods, promptly inspect them and in case of damages, immediately notify the carrier and le a claim. Any claim for damaged merchandise must be processed through the delivery carrier by the consignee or the buyer. Teknoline cannot accept any claim for damages. The goods shall be delivered ex factory; transportation costs shall consequently to be borne by the purchaser.
ORDERS
Only written order shall be accepted. Orders taken on the phone will be considered valid at the conditions granted by the company.
DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery terms are the following:
- 4 weeks for Standard equipment, from receipt of order con rmation signed for acceptance;
- 5 weeks for Non-Standard equipment, from receipt of order con rmation signed for acceptance.
PACKING
Standard carton packing is included in the price.
SPECIAL VOLTAGES
On requestprice increase and minimum quantity to be established.
WARRANTY
Warranty shall be valid for 12 months from the invoice date and shall cover all the appliance parts, except for electrical components. Warranty does not cover any part damaged during transportation, or due to bad installation or maintenance, to insu cient current capacity or abnormal electric, hydraulic supply systems, to bad or insu cient operating capacity, to tampering or any other causes not depending on the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover cases where the product has been treated incorrectly or has been subject of repairs, maintenance or manipulation by unauthorized personnel, or has been repaired and tted with non-original spare parts. Also, interventions concerning the installation and connection to the power plants, as well as the maintenance mentioned in the booklet of instructions, are excluded from warranty validity. WARRANTY IS VALID EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND DOES NOT CONTEMPLATE REPLACEMENT OF THE APPLIANCE. During the warranty period, the manufacturer shall replace those parts which are proven to be defective from the origin and which must be returned to our warehouse free our plant, together with a regular return delivery note quoting the number of invoice and serial number of the appliance to which the component belongs. The return shall previously be authorized by the Sales Manager. Labour service for replacement and all further expenses are not included. REPLACEMENT SHALL ONLY INCLUDE FREE DELIVERY OF THE PART, TO THE EXCLUSION OF ANY COMPLAINTS OR CLAIM FOR DAMAGES. THE MANUFACTURER WILL NOT INTERVENE WITH ITS OWN LABOUR SERVICES OR DIRECT ASSISTANCE TO THE CUSTOMER. If the machine is repaired at one of the centers of technical support indicated by the manufacturer, the customer will take care of all risks related to transport. However, transport costs are to be borne by the customer.
